ho apprezzato l'ubicazione di questo hotel, vicino ad Alexander Platz (poco più di 1Km e 1/2 di distanza) e ottimamente collegato con i sistemi di trasposto pubblico. Inoltre si trova di fronte all'Esat Side Gallery. - comodità,è praticamente dentro la stazione ostbahnof è danno la tessera per girare gratis in tutti i mezzi publici.non è poco.

Was a good location, next to a couple of clubs (not that we could get
into them), and within walking distance of the underground. Big spacious
rooms, plenty of room for everyone but we were three people short. Had
they turned up, it would have been pretty good value for money. -

described by the owner. It was very clean and very quiet (it is located
in a big street but doesn't overlook it). The location is perfect,
the tram is 20m away and the Bahn station is 5 minutes walking distance,

I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx
Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and
sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in
this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained
him by phone what's a place he needs to get to. Many thanks.

The room for vary spacious, completely renewed and really very clean. The breakfast was very good and the waiters always working so that you get all you needed.
While we arrived late after midnight everything was perfectly organised so that someone was reachable to give us our keys.
The hotel is a good compromise between downtown and Adlersholf scientific area

When we arrived, the hotel didn`t know about our booking. It wasn`t
fully booked fortunately, so we had got an apartment much bigger than a
double room we have booked and at the same price. The room was very
clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.
The hotel is quite close to U-bahn station and there are many
restaurants nearby with a variety of food.

The Staff was extremely helpful, and assisted in arranging transportation and provided much great information about Berlin. Their help really allowed us to maximize our limited time there. The hotel is just a 12-15 minute walk from the O2 center, which was our reason for being there - a super +.

Absolutely everything.
The staff were fantastic....when we arrived we found that there was a mix up with our reservation. We had been allocated a 2 person room instead of a 4 person apartment. It was quickly sorted out with some swaps.
The apartment was fantastic, the WiFi was very solid and the location perfect.

Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away.
Also close-by are very good transport links.
Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room.

Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave. The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.
