The location was excellent for getting to the city centre, railway station, Cathedral, shops and river. The parking cost on street was very reasonable and by a park within short walk of the hotel.

The Staff were very Helpful and friendly. We asked about a Gluten free option for the breakfast and they provided us with GF bread (which is amazing to find in Germany). We were a bit worried about noise since its close to a main road but our room overlooked a small courtyard and it was very quiet. The Breakfast was good. fruit, breads, 2 or 3 types of hams and cheeses, cearals. It is not the fanciest of hotels but it is clean, it is quiet and the breakfast is decent and the staff are very frie

What a great hotel! The rooms were a good size, clean, comfortable and in a nice quiet location. A quiet street just next to the Dom and a main shopping street, perfect. Also the breakfast was amazing! Great selection of foods and plenty of fresh fruit available all the time. Highly recommend to all for a trip to Cologne. -

Fantastic location. All the sites we wanted to see were within 5-10 min. walking distance. The National Socialist Museum was right around the corner. This is a house whose basement was converted into jail/torture cells during WWII. A must see!

Nice host: Emmanuel! Parkingspace for 4 euro on five minutes walk. Nice and clean appartement with small kitchen which is perfect for several days (we only used the refrigerator and coffeemaker, so didn't really cook). Next to supermarket for basic needs. Large space, comfortable bed, great little kitchen with fridge. Great location. Owners very friendly, sent me an email beforehand and were waiting when we arrived. Because it's not a hotel, we had more privacy.

A very practical apartment situated in a quiet neighborhood. No traffic passing through so very quiet. Parking by the front door. All the amenities of home, even a bathtub and balcony. 20min walk to the Dom and 15 min to Severinstrasse with nice shops & restaurants. Very friendly owner who explains a lot about Cologne when you arrive. -

The apartment is clean, well-equipped and a short distance from shops and U-bahn. If you're happy to walk, it's only 20 mins to the centre. Will hopefully be returning next year!
