The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience. I also liked the Barcelo hotel big sign that helped us find the hot

Excellent location near to station, art gallery, and shopping areas. Short walk to Town Hall square and lake. Very helpful staff at reception. Seuss penthouse suite which was superb and excellent value. Can't really fault the hotel except the design of

Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area. It's close to shopping and sights, too, and if you're not too burdened with luggage, you can walk from the cruise center (we did, with 50-pound bags). Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice bar. Our first stay an in Ibis

La colazione e la gentilezza del personale - The hotel very nice, and only a few minutes walking distance from Hauptbahnhof, and in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, musems, etc. The room was perfect for a single traveller, and the breakfast/ breakfast area was great as well. Excellent location right in the centre. A few minutes walk from the central station. Really good breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, delicious rolls, scrambled egg, etc. Coffee brilliant.

The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. Shame to be alone and on business .would have made a great romantic trip. location excellent. energy clinic was excellent. The
