Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance.   Location was excellent, a few steps from the subway (U-Bahn) as well as many restaurants, bars, local shops, etc... we felt like locals in the apt. Marienplatz is also a few minutes walking.   This is our second time staying at the Hotel an der Oper and we chose it again for its excellent location. It is located very near the Hofbrauhaus (and other eating & drinking places such as Augustiner and Hard Rock), which are all very easy to walk to. Also, it is only a 3-5 minute walk to Marienplatz (which is another good location). Most of the top sights of Munich are right nearby. The same is true of many of the best restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with reservations, including getting us excellent seats at a very popular performance of Rigoletto, which was right around the corner. They also selected and reserved a perfect restaurant for our first night in the city. Very nice!

  The apartment is new and it is smart apartment .the owner is kindly . You can find what you need for long stay .there is bus station near by the bilding. And from the apartment to city center 20 m .I recomended to stay in this hotel for long time and I hope to rent it in next visit and I think the price is very good - The staff were very helpful.
