The Staff were very Helpful and friendly. We asked about a Gluten free option for the breakfast and they provided us with GF bread (which is amazing to find in Germany). We were a bit worried about noise since its close to a main road but our room overlooked a small courtyard and it was very quiet. This was a very nice hotel with a spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet despite being located on a relatively busy street near the train station.
