treated our children like little princes and being around them felt like
we were visiting our Oma and Opa. The information they provided for us
was amazing, we got to see things we didn't even know were in the
area and she recommended a fabulous German Restaurant and Italian
Restaurant. The rooms were extremely clean, not one spider web in any

Terrific location, at the end of one of the two walking platz in GAP. Restaurants close, city center very close. Free Parking in the back (nice extra), terrific internet quality in my room. Staff was very friendly, understood my broken Deutche and vise versa. Great place to go for a run, passing the 1972 Ski Jump Stadium along a walking path-

The staff was EXCELLENT! The woman was always cheerful and willing to help with anything she could. I injured my knee and needed to go to the emergency room and she offerred to drive me there! The room was not fancy, but was decent and clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was pleasant. I would definately stay here again.

The views were outstanding - 2nd floor; the apartment was very cozy - home from home! We extended 1 more night because we liked it soooo much. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the town center.
I went for BMW Motorrad Days and was able to walk to the event site which is out of town(half hour).
The owners live in the building and are very helpful but not in the least intrusive.
Free parking is available.
The apartment was very clean, well equipped and is perfect for two solo travelers or two couples travelling together.
Free internet. Fast connection. Good for Skype.
Tap water was good for drinking.

Excellent location in the middle of the city, with great parking in the back of the hotel. We had a family room, which were two double rooms with shared hall and shared bathroom. This was the neatest place we stayed, and is really what I had envisioned about Bavaria. Quaint and well maintained building. Adjoining family rooms were big and were perfect for us and two grown kids. Great view from balcony. Very quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Very good restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Just good all around. Enjoyed it.

right on the main strip that leads to all of the ski lifts and trains. Fantastic if you plan to do any walking..everything is within walking distance. - Lovely hotel close to the station which I wanted, clean modern and excellent value for money. The staff were also very helpful.

estrema cordialità - The service was outstanding. Free parking up front, friendly staff all the way around, great Germany Breakfast, and the room was wonderful. We brought our dog and the staff worked around cleaning the room for us and it was just an outstanding experience. I have lived in Germany for 8 years and this was by far the best hotel

Location location location!!! The hotel is situated in the historical part of Garmish and you have all bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna is fabulous with an astonishing view from the window. Also we did like the breakfast.

Good location, quiet, small hotel - Conveniently central - Relaxed and friendly staff. Very functional as a town centre base and nicely presented. Good value if relatively basic - and close to good value ski hire for winter visitors
