  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.   This is a modern, up-to-date hotel. The rooms are very quiet and very clean. A refrigerator and a room safe are a big plus. Location right next to an S-Bahn station is great for traveling, and the stores there are good for picking up food and snacks. If the weather is humid, the A/C works great.
