  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.   Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious, however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we could have been moved to double rooms.
