The apartment is 300 metres from Partenkirchen’s Old Town and 600 metres from the Wankbahn cable car. This area of the Bavarian Alps is ideal for winter sports and paragliding.
M9 is a 15-minute walk from Garmisch-Partenkirchen Train Station and a 20-minute walk from the Garmisch Olympia Stadium.

The views were outstanding - 2nd floor; the apartment was very cozy - home from home! We extended 1 more night because we liked it soooo much. The two double bedrooms were OPPOSITE each other - not next to each other - which was great so more privacy. Dishwasher, modern coffee machine and fully equipped kitchen; towels/linen provided. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the town center.
I went for BMW Motorrad Days and was able to walk to the event site which is out of town(half hour).
The owners live in the building and are very helpful but not in the least intrusive.
Free parking is available.
The apartment was very clean, well equipped and is perfect for two solo travelers or two couples travelling together.
Free internet. Fast connection. Good for Skype.
Tap water was good for drinking.
The owners are very responsive via phone/testing. The apartment has plenty of windows to take in the view. The kitchen is extremely well equipped.The location in Partenkirchen is excellent - only a few blocks from the walkplatz. We have been to GAP many times and this was our first stay at the M9 apartment - we would be happy to stay there again.
Was spotless and very comfortable, felt very homely. Was even provided
with coffee machine and coffee pods , dishwasher tablets etc.. These
things you usually have to buy yourselves. Excellent location!.
Great for skiing families, friendly owners, nice coffee machine, privacy in the rooms was great, beautiful winter view.
No washing machine, but a 'Laundrette' was near by and you could have left your clothes for a service wash;.
It is difficult to find something not to like but the sloping roof in the bedrooms may not be to everyone's taste (I liked it).
The staircase leading up to the apartment is very creaky. I mean noisy not unsafe.
Wish there were a slightly better parking situation, but parking on the street was always available.
