  too much to type! fantastic room I stayed in a classic suite which is the biggest room I've ever stayed in for 2 people, huge bed, enormous lounge, fantastic bathroom etc etc. spa and pool area fantastic, staff attentive and very polite, bar area so comfy with huge fire and again great staff, highly recommend

  The service is excellent. Very kind and efficient staff. The food is really good as well. Rooms are nice and clean with a nice view. - Very Alpine style building. Staff generally helpful and friendly though rushed in the restaurants at peak times.

  Great location just opposite the lifts in Tignes Le Lac and close to restaurants, ice-rink and pool. Good breakfast in very pleasant room which doubles as a bar in the evening.   Staff were excellent, very helpful even though my French was poor. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and luxurious. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great. All the facilities were outstanding. I loved my stay there and would definitely come back again. - Goos quality and reasonable price.

  Stayed in the summer for weekends summer skiing. Place was excellent, good value for money. Paul, the chap on the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, its a small drive to the summer skiing area (~few minutes tops) which was totally fine to do (and there was a regular bus if you didnt want to drive).   We loved the hotel layout and decor and were delighted when the staff changed one of the rooms so we could have an inter-connecting room with the children. The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful and the ski facilities (lockers, boot warming room etc) were great.   A great welcome from our hostess, Le Marais has a genuine rural rustic french atmosphere that made a really nice change from the faux chalet- hotels. Everywhere was clean and comfortable, the rooms where slightly more spacious than I've found elsewhere in the alps (but don't expect vast expanses). Excellent super fast WiFi included in price. Free, if limited, parking available - but pay for garage also available. Complimentary free drink upon arrival a nice touch as is the free soft drink mini bar in the room. Good to see a hotel with a strong environmental policy also.
