benchmark 2 star, great place in all respects. remeber its a 2 star but its a credit to the managers and the staff that this characterful, cheerful place does such a good job on a budget. iit restores faith in budget hotels. great evening eating just around the corner, breakfast at the hotel Azur is perfectly good, fresh and served with a smile. -

the room was functional, with working wifi. Very centrally located- can walk easily to cathedral and museums and the champagne caves. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but if you are up early enough, there is a boulangerie at the end of the street opposite the road and much cheaper.

This is an original Art Deco style hotel with loads of character. The room was small but comfortable with the bonus of a large balcony window opening out over the courtyard.
The outdoor courtyard lovely and restful. The owner was delightful, very friendly and always helpful.

The location is within easy walking distance of the main sights. The entrance is a little unusual as it is up a passageway between two restaurants, although there are signs. Wifi was dodgy in our room (top floor) but OK downstairs. Car parking is in an underground carpark which is entered just up the street from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants outside on the street but we thought the best was immediately on the right as you leave the passage (cant remember the name)

It's in an excellent position, right in the centre of Reims, with a secure car park almost next door. The staff were all helpful and friendly, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent and generous, with good barista coffee. For the price, we were more than happy. -

Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. My favorite memory is eating lunch with champagne (of course) an

The locality was great as we could park the car and walk all around Reims from this location. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.

The staff were very pleasant, the rooms very clean and only approx 10-15mins walking distance from the main area for restaurants and main line train station, handy to travel into paris. - Perfect stopover hotel on route back from Switzerland. Hotel has a small swimming pool which was a welcome "cool off" in the 32 degree Reims sunshine.
