I was very happy with our greeting to the hotel. Very considerate knowing we would be tired let us to our room straight away. Also found all the staff we spoke to very helpful, probably the best from all the hotels we had already visited. They went over and beyond to help us. Friendly and helpfull staff. Especially the receptionist who worked at daytime.
Location is great. Very busy bld de Batignolles is just around the corner, Place de Clichy (and metro Clichy) is 2-3 min on foot, and the hotel is on quiet and safe street.
Fully renovated rooms, very clean. Very comfortable bed.
Free coffee (there's no breakfast at hotel at all, but that's not a problem, there are a lot of nice places around).

I had a very nice 3-night stay. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, letting early-arriving guests park their bags well before the official check-in time (wish i'd known that!). Breakfast is good, and the service staff is attentive and generous, refilling coffee, etc. It's located at the southern edge of the city, in Montparnasse, a bit far away from the best-known parts of the city, but the metro is steps away from the hotel, and there's a Carrefours (supermarket) just 5-minutes away by fo

The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good. Close to Champs Elyséé and also very near to the metro sta

The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!

I loved this little hotel! It is in a fantastic convenient location. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. It will be my hotel of choice next time I'm in Paris (in fact, I almost hesitate to give it such a good review in fear that I will find it booked when I'm next looking to go!). Excellent English speaking staff and the hotel is very centrally located. As is typical of Parisian hotels in this category, the rooms are small and the breakfasts are overpriced. Don't despair, some of the best bakeries in Paris are all within a two block radius of the hotel and McDonald, if you can handle it, is right next door. We likely will

entrace is right at an exit of metro station Denfert-Rochereau (M 4 and 6), and and orlybus station. RER station (which is accessible) also just across a street which makes it very easily accessible via cdg orly airport and just about anywhere else.
