We had an apartments on the first floor - it was big enough even for 3 guests. It was really like-home stay. Very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff was really friendly and ready to help. -

Hotel Delarc is located very centrally for tourist destinations around Paris. This means most things to eat close to the hotel are a little pricey. Metro is very close so its easy to travel around the city.
The room we stayed in, a standard double was basic but functional, as you would expect for a two star hotel.

Location, Location, Location which is around 10-15 steps to Champs-
élysées... Staff team were really excellent... They speak Arabic,
English, Italian and ogher languages. The Room was clean and economical.
Breakfast was ok. I recommend this hotel for smart stying. They offered
my late check out untill 3:00 pm!!! Which is excellent. Free wifi... For
sure I will come again and again

1) The front desk was helpful in pre-arranging our airport shuttle both ways;

Stayed at a Classic room on 2nd floor.
Very carefully thought out arrangement of the room.
Nice & clean. Fairly large by Paris standards. Excellent toilet & washroom. Has most things a traveller would need. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise.
The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial.
Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.

Estrema cortesia - Apprezzabili la disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff, che ci ha pure consigliato un ottimo bistrot per cenare al nostro arrivo; la posizione dell'hotel (il Marais ha un'atmosfera speciale e bellissimi negozietti!); la vicinanza alla metro e al centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi (Notre Dame 15min).

everything was be near and a view of Eiffel Towel was greate. - It served the purpose of somewhere to stay while visiting the city. Great location in a residential area with "normal" shops. Could buy fruit, sandwiches. Try the bakery at the end of the block! Near to Metro.
