  Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening.   Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit. The Reception staff were excellent; very friendly and helpful, and happy to chat in English. We are travelling for over two months, and easily fitted our two large suitcases in t - Good location, close to Gare de Lyon. Basic room but clean. The guy on the front desk was excellent, when I arrived at 11pm off the TGV and then left for the airport at 5am the next nothing, he was on the same shift yet was very friendly and helpful.
