It was very cheap and the apartment had the essentials.
There was a beed room with a convertible sofa bed and a real bed (4 people total) both in good quality. A separate bathroom, with no ventilation, but a well functioning shower. A separate (very small kitchen) with room for 4 people. Stove, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, silverware, cups, plates, and pots and pans.
Location was good, near metro station.

The apartment was in a very old building with a lot of noise from the other apartments, and the street. (there was double pane window though). Kitchen was sticky on many surfaces, if we wanted to use it for real cooking, we would need to wash it down first. Very few power outlets worked, and the light was just a naked bulb coming down from the ceiling.

Clean but not as you expect.
