Great location, between Gare St Lazare and the Roissybus stop, to the airport. Although the room is very small, it is comfortable enough, however, I don't think I'd want to spend an entire vacation there. It really suited our needs as a stopover.
Although small, it was a cosy room. I had a small room under the roof. The street is quite quiet, so I slept well, beds are good. I didn't have breakfast there, so I can't tell about that. The position of the hotel is in walking distance of the Champs Elysées, where I had to be for work.

The staff were very firendly. We are a young couple who have only started taking French lessons, but they were more than willing to help us with some key words and pronunciations. We also arrived to drop our bag off 4 hours before check-in, but were pleasantly surprised when they showed us to our room. Location was central - close to Champs-Élysées, Louvre and many Metro stations to all other major sites.
We literally used the hotel as a bed - didn't spend much time there and didn't opt for bereakfast - so don't have any complaints. Price was a little steep - but it's Paris!
Location, location and location. the rest was at or below standard...
The littleform during registration is an un necessary administrative step... really in 2013? The room doors really to use key cards... I hated having to check my in and out ... there is no reason for it...
