Posto molto tranquillo, più che sufficiente per visitare Parigi. Inoltre molto piacevole il piccolo servizio di bevande calde in camera (thè e caffè)! Colazione abbondante a piacimento. Indispensabile poi la lingua italiana alla reception....

Alcuni guasti (ascensore, chiavi magnetiche, pulsanteria ascensore da garage) non sempre risolti velocemenete. Prezzo esoso per acquisto bevande al bar dell'hotel.

femalke member of the staff was extremely rude, lecturing me about my wanting ice for the room, guess it's a Parisian thing
The hotel is in an excellent location, near two metro stations and very close to good cafes and restaurants in the Bastille area. The breakfast is simple but fresh and good. It also has free wireless Internet and a small garden. Note that there are a lot of tour groups in this hotel so sometimes it can be a little noisy, but this was only for a short time and it didn't bother me.
Quiet room on top floor.
They used to have a better breakfast (we've been going to the chain for over 12 years)- some items finished at 10.30 - breakfast is until 11.00
One of the desk employees (I do not know his name) was totally unsuited for that kind of job, sincerely and honestly. He was rude and impolite to my wife and to me.

The room was shabby - needed new decor damp patches around window and the side board table badly scratched.The reception female staff kept us waiting 15 mins on one occasion - no towels in our room at 7.30 in the evening and the reception begrudgingly went to find some
