Location was great. You can by foot reach to 3 metro stations as well as trains. most famous places like Concorde, Opera, Lafeyette and Madeline is 5-10 minutes by walk. The guy in the reception Yannick was so helpful and friendly. Because of a problem we had by the reservation, they upgraded our room. Superior rooms are amazing.

We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

they even helped with getting you around the city, an umbrella in bad weather, and reserving a taxi when needed. -

Ottima posizione molto buona la pulizia e le richieste da noi effettuate sono state accolte (siamo arrivati dopo la mezzanotte e camere tranquille all'ultimo piano) - la gentilezza del personale, la pulizia dell'albergo (con cambio quotidiano di lenzuola e asciugamani), la vicinanza alla metropolitana (cinque minuti a piedi)

Ottimo hotel, piccolo ma pulito e confortevole. Camere non grandi ma curate e ben tenute, ideali per un week-end lungo. Posizione tattica in una via tranquilla a 200 mt dalla stazione metro Rome, colazione non faraonica ma più che sufficiente, staff gentile e cordiale. The hotel is on the small side, but the rooms are spacious, for Paris.
The desk staff is unendingly helpful and speak English. Our room was
attractive, quiet, well-kept and modern. I'd easily stay here again
because the location is pretty much ideal. (We never got around to
eating their "petit dejeuner", but it was available for an
extra fee.)

I´ve been visiting this hotel 4 times. The hotel is perfectly located near the great department stores. In the near area are also a couple of other shopping centres and a big station (St. Lazare). It´s located in walking distance from Louvre, Champs Elysée and Seine. It´s tidy and quit. Rooms are not very big but large enough. -
