  A hidden gem. Probably the best design / boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable room, spacy bathroom, very helpfull staff, delicious breakfast, to name just a few. I had stayed in different hotels in Lille before but finally found the one that I will definitely come back to next time. The location was very handy for both Lille Eurostar and getting into the City to sightsee and eat out at night. The Breakfast was also very good in terms of food quality and value for money.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are available. The mattresses are very comfortable, I.E. not too soft. The room was spotless - perhaps just a tad clinical as a result- and they gave us the car-park tag to keep overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning, before anyone would have been around. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.

  The staff were very friendly, nothing was to much for them. The rooms we had were very clean and comfortable, and an excellent location for .sightseeing in LIlle.
