  Very friendly and helpful staff. The ac wasn't working for the first day but they sorted it out as soon as we told them. Breakfast is very good in a lovely room in the basement, and the waitress was very friendly and happy. The location close to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay is great. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.
