The receptionist couldn't have been more efficient and helpful! Wanting to change our return rail tickets,he directed us to a local station rather than the main line terminal, saving two time and money wasting taxi rides. Knowing that one of us had become not well, he happily agreed to us delaying our checkout , allowing us to rest in the room and avoid a tediously long wait at the station. Each person relayed the exact information about my luggage for the person on the next shift, so everyone was aware of the situat - The best location I have had so far in Paris - quiet street, yet close to the centre of activity. Metro, buses connection is superb. Walking distance to many sights, both sides of the Seine. Lots of shopping around. The range and number of dining options is amazing. The hotel is very charming, with excellent personnel.
