  A hidden gem. Probably the best design / boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable room, spacy bathroom, very helpfull staff, delicious breakfast, to name just a few. I had stayed in different hotels in Lille before but finally found the one that I will definitely come back to next time.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are available. The mattresses are very comfortable, I.E. not too soft. The room was spotless - perhaps just a tad clinical as a result- and they gave us the car-park tag to keep overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning, before anyone would have been around. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.

  Fantastic location to Eurostar and town centre. Couldn't have been better. Excellent breakfast too for 6 Euros. - Convenient, reasonably priced, excellent value for the money. Towels changed both days we stayed. A brilliant location right in the centre. Could be noisy on lower floors because of traffic, but it didn't bother us much.
