The location was excellent and the staff in reception very helpful and
friendly. The room was a great size, especially for Paris, with a large
balcony and amazing view of the Eiffel tower. It was a little dated but
no where near as bad as the reviews on trip adviser say it is. It was
slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being
used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew
all of this in advance so did not complain. Plus it was 9am and we

We went to paris to celebrate my 30th birthday. Eiffel Trocadero was everything we hoped for and more! We had booked a deluxe room with view and upon arrival were upgraded to the Eiffel suite on the top floor, the best room in the hotel. The bed was fantastic. Very comfy all round!
The room was a lovely place to be in, the bath was a good jet bath which always had a supply of hot water.
The staff were always very friendly and willing to share information about Paris, and most spoke very good English.
The hotel in general was very stylish with lovely decor in the communal areas.

The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful with ticket bookings etc. There was always someone at reception including late in the evening.
We were booked into a superior double but were upgraded into a junior suite so the room for our budget was great. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower which was an unexpected treat!

everything was be near and a view of Eiffel Towel was greate. - It served the purpose of somewhere to stay while visiting the city. Great location in a residential area with "normal" shops. Could buy fruit, sandwiches. Try the bakery at the end of the block! Near to Metro.

Vicinanza al centro, lo staff molto gentile, albergo posizionato in luogo tranquillo e ben frequentato, colazione ottima ed abbondante. Il parcheggio lungo la strada dell'albergo in agosto è gratuito. - La tranquillità della zona; la vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto.

All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. Its location is perfect for sightseeing and the Metro is just a few metres from the hotel, enabling you to access all of central Paris very easily and cheaply. -
