  The hotel is really good location to walk from as a base. The area was good. Whilst the hotel is not on the prettiest street, it's only a couple of streets away from lots of good restaurants, shops and cafés and is literally at the exit to the station. You cannot get lost. It's all floral and matchy with the bedspread. The bathroom was tiny but new and clean with a - Fantastic location within easy walking distance to the Pompidou, Louvre, Notre Dame and all the restaurants and bars in the Latin Quarter. I was on my own, going out every night and felt perfectly safe walking the streets back late. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and bars perfect for breakfast or dinner if you werent up for straying too far after a full day of exploring the city. The staff were lovely even the poor night staff who had to come down from reception late every night to let me in.

  The location of the hotel was superb and very easy for those travelling by train from Charles De Gaulle airport as we got to St. Michel and just across the road was Rue De La Huchence and our hotel. Contrary to expectations it was very quiet at night and the restaurant was an added bonus in the evening. The area around the hotel was car free with lots of interesting little shops and the nearness to Notr - The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby
