On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed and the staff were truly wonderful. Saint James hote

Wonderful greatly designed hotel with special atmosphere. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

Great place to stay staff really friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room but no view which didnt matter to us as we were sightseeing most of the time. Bed was really comfortable. Close to most attractions and eating places. Close to metro. -

Room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable.It was very handy to have separate wc/bathroom and although we didn't use it, the kitchenette with microwave was an added bonus. Also, very handy for Porte Maillot bus terminal. -
I was delighted with the hotel it was spotless and staff were very friendly. The bedroom was big and spacious.

The only negative we had was finding the place but the Tom Tom is to blame for this. This place would be magic in Summer however it snowed hard on the second day we arrivd which made for an adventure in itself. The staff were so friendly and for the price and location this place is the best and would stay again.
