The staff is extremely friendly and helpful,we arrived very late at night but he waited for us,carry the luggages for us and removed his car from the parking space to make one for our car! The hotel is very delicated and beautiful,you can enjoy the strong mediterranean elements.It a fair good location,it takes 5 mins to drive to the city center.Moreover,good price in Nice during summer peak season.

Location of the hotel is perfect, you can easily find it and private parking was very welcomed, especially in Nice.
The employee at the reception desk was quite a character, good sense of humor. :)
The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but very charming.
We really enjoyed our stay and we wish it could be longer. Maybe next time ... -

This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. Beds were comfy,air con worked well and parking was 8 euros per da

Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement.
We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

Sophie, hotel owner, was so very accommodating. On our arrival she immediately changed our booking to another room to best suit our baggage needs. Nothing was a problem. Our room was very comfortable and the French breakfasts had the best croissants yet. Very handy to the tram (100m) but within walking distance to Central Nice

We had an excellent stay at Villa St Hubert, great location with a central point of all amenities and city points of interests. The owner was excellent with a great amount of knowledge as took time to help and talk to us. Will def stay here again when we visit and would recommend to others.

The best view of Nice you can get in a private hotel. The bus from downtown stops directly in front of the hotel, so easy to get around.The owners are also travelers and know how to make your stay in Nice most enjoyable. The food is all fresh and prepared by the owners. We took dinner at the hotel both nights and would do it again.

Nonostante la posizione decentrata la fermata del tram è a 150mt. e si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti. Soluzione quindi comoda. Inoltre il parcheggio non è a pagamento come invece è in centro. -
