  A smallish but lovely appartment with plenty of utensils and equipment to make our stay easy and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine in the appartment too. It was well-presented and clean and it was in a fantastic location. It was a real bonus to find some dried goods such as salt, rice, pasta and coffee in the store cupboards and as a result we left - The staff was friendy (take into account that we met just one time when lady gave us key :) ). The staff also show trust to us and let us leave apartment without any extra checkings if we leave apartment in good conitions. Apartment was studio type and kitchen was integreted into apartment in insteresting way (took really small place) but at the time we had everything we needed and did not need - washing maschine, toaster etc. The location also was great - we need to go to central railway stati

  Beds were very comfortable, the staff was very very nice, and breakfast buffet for €6 was a blast! It might not be in the very center of Helsinki, but has so many attractions nearby, more than in the center. Many buses and the train pass close. Big lockers! (Just bring your lock ;-) ). Even do the booking had me and my mom on separate rooms (1 for... cosa dice la gente » males and 1 for females) they do have mixed rooms, and since it's such a big hostal, they put us in one by ourselves; very nice from them. Overall: - Location is nice. About 2 km from the bus station and city center. 3 km from the ferry docks. Rooms are well maintained, chair for everybody. Each bed has its own 2 plugs and light. They also give you towels if you request. Buffet breakfast for 6.30 €. Common room for tv and kitchen. Staff was helpful. If you walk 2km downtown, there you can take the airport shuttle.

And it's really calm here, it's not too far from the bus or the tram, so the translation is really convenient, and there's also a supermarket at down stair, so it's quite convenient for buying things to cook.
