The atmosphere and grounds were quite adorable. all staff encountered were friendly, and helpful. the location was absolutely prime for visiting puerto ayora, or getting to the dock.
they shouldnt be so quick to advertise internet as it often worked poorly, and didnt work at all in the hotel rooms. There is an ant problem in the rooms.
The hotel was lovely and the staff excellent. Yes, the bathrooms are not perfect but one can overlook that just being in the Galapagos. We had several meals at the restaurant and all were delicious.
Excellent location on the Main Street, 5min walk to Darvin station. Territory though small,but has swimming pool.

We loved the helpful staff and the pool area. The restaurant breakfast was very good. The location was close to store and restaurants.
It was a lot of money for a room with no electrical outlet in the bathroom, no hairdryer, no phone, no tv.

Nice and convenience
The hotel did not honored our reservation. They tried to transferred us to another hotel pretending that such other hotel was of the same category (and it wasn't). After some stress, they manage to put us in a room that was not part of the hotel, but we could have access to the amenities.
