Excellent response from the management to our requests. GREAT location. Property manger helpful too. Car hire (arranged by the letting agent) was first rate too.

A little noisy -adjacent to an all night bar that was a bit noisy in the 'wee' hours .

Location is the best part of this place. You are very close to the Charles Bridge and to Old Town Square.

I think they were doing remodeling and the smell from the refinished floors gave us headaches.

everything was excelent, amplasament, facilities, everything except car parking was pretty expensive. I had to park in a mall nearby and I had to pay more for the car than for the apartment. I you are traveling by plane is more than ok. I definitely recommend it .

The location is perfect!!!

It was a very noisy place, especially by nihgt. The place is near by a disco that is why there are a lot of people outside by night, who are yelling.

The apartment was clean, spacious with attractive decor. It was in a building with character and in a fantastic location. Our apartment was at the back of the building so was very quiet.

Having the washing machine was great but a clothes dryer as well would have been even better.

Lovely apartment with plenty of room for 3 couples. Clean and well appointed, close to tourist attractions, markets and transport.

Only TV and lounge in main bedroom could be a privacy issue. Main bedroom faces street and can be very noisy with windows open.

We booked for one double room but we were lucky that we had 3 bedrooms instead. The location is near to the old town.

It was very noisy at night from the club nearby. The room was not exactly at the same address we expected as the agency has many apartments in different locations.

The apartment is so big and very clean. Especially the location is centre of Old Town Square right next to Famous Clock. 7 Stars Hotel Apartment for me. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Prague.

Perfect location to Charles Bridge & best position to see Prague from. Very comfortable large accomodation.

Central location right on the main street of Old Town. 5 minutes walk to Old Town Square. Double glazed - no noise. main reception staff speak excellent English and very helpful. Apartment was big (No. 4). Separate toilet and bathroom. Lift. Luggage room for use on day of departure

We stayed during a heatwave - 35 degrees C which is unusual - no air conditioning, although apartment was much cooler than outside due to thick walls. Third bedroom was also the living room. Having to pick key up from a different location to the apartment could be tricky, although it is only 10 minutes walk away, may not be easy to locate, especially if you arrive at night.

Location was excellent, right in the middle of Old Town. The apartment had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and very helpful - they arranged the airport pickup and drop off for us, provided with every tip you need at a new place.

It was extremely hot in Prague during our stay and the apartment did not have AC. However most of the apartments in Europe do not have AC.

The location was perfect - right by the Old Town Square. We were very fortunate to have a room with a splendid view over the entire Old Town Square.

The apartment was very central so you can come home throughout the day. The layout was very spacious for a group of 4 friends with 3 queen size beds. The place also had all facilities to cook your own food /make tea/coffee if you wanted to stay in. We felt very comfortable and private.

Bit noisy as on a main street between the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge but the location is the main advantage of this apartment so just pack earplugs!

Stayed 3 nights, 6 Adults, 3 double bedrooms. Felt secure. Great location near Old Square and Charles Bridge, Convenient able to walk to most places, restaurants close-by TESCO supermarket not far away Arrived by train from Budapest and a pick up was arranged for us

We stayed in Charles Bridge Premium Apartment for 4 nights. It is very enjoying moment both the apartment and the location. It is in the centre of Prague Old Town and easily to walk to all the interesting places. The apartment is very clean, spacious and confortable.

The location were excellent and the apartment was clean.

Missed hooks to hang clothes on, a small table in the kitchen and smoke alarm and description of evacuations routes. The freezer could not be used because of too much ice.

We called staff before coming and they arranged for pick-up from the train station without even asking. We arrived late and somebody met us at the door to let us in and gave the keys. The next day we went to the office to extend our stay because we really love the place and service. They even arranged for the tour that we like, arranged for cab service also when we left. Excellent service!

It's in the center of old town. If you are looking for relaxation and quiet, it is not the place.

Great location in the heart of Old Town witin walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. Claen and larger than a hotel room, of course, so in that respect it was more comfortable.

Our unit did not look quite like the pictures on the website.

The hotel was in the centre of everything so it was very easy to get to all the places by walk.

Hotel was not very clean and also the beds were dirty and had hair on it from the renters before us. But that was the same case in the whole house. Also the elevator stopped while we were in it for an hour at night.

Had to check in at a different location, elevator stopped working, automatic hallway lights did not work (had to use my flashlight app to make it to our appt), mold on the wall in our appt, not enough living room seating for four people, there was mo toilet in the bathroom with the shower, no air conditioning.
