This was an excellent experience. Everything was all around superb, especially the staff who was most gracious. A Luxurious hotel and spa in a prime site above town, but also very welcoming, no stuffiness; absolutely comfortable. Great food variety and quality, too. - Everything. This is one of the best hotels in Europe....

The spa facilities, the pool and the saunas were really good. The rooms were large and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. The website needs updating though as both WiFi and wired internet is available in all rooms.

Top location (very close from center and still heavenly quiet), very nice and attentive staff (especially blond Jana at reception), nice room (size and equipment) and VERY GOOD breakfast (choice). Ideal for a short trip to lovely town Marianske Lazne. -

We had three couples staying there. Everything was fantastic, the
apartments were were huge and beautiful, the breakfast was unbelievable
and Franz was the perfect host. It was 5 minutes walk into the main area

I have booked this boutique hotel for my parents - both in their
sixties. They have lived there for 2 weeks and were super-happy.
Frankly, they have high standarts and the hotel has lived right up to

Absolutely amazing. We have stayed in the city before but not anywhere
as comfortable as this hotel. We arrived after the desk had closed but
were greeted by the restaurant staff. One of the waiters helped carry
our bags up the side entrance to our room. Beautiful, spacious room with
high ceilings overlooking the park but away from noise. Shopping and
mineral springs within walking distance and many restaurants but one of
