The owners are great and very caring about your stay in Split. They helped us in finding the local hospital and offered to come with us. The location is excellent so close to the old city/Palace and port.
We stayed in two rooms. The Small room is good if you are planning on being out all day and just want to sleep there otherwise it will be cramped. The big room is perfect and you can relax in the room. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »

The location was central and convenient. A five minutes walk to the Palace, ferries, buses etc. Mr.Zoran and his wife Damira were very helpful and kind. Though it was not easy for them they helped us carry our luggage from the car to our room up many stairs. He had helped us find public parking. My friend was very hhappy with the softer beds and strong wifi.j.
Aunt and uncle are very friendly owner.
Rooms Location is very good.
In the city is very close.
Room is clean and suitable.
Prices compared to, is the best accommodation.
Parking by mistake, was towed.
Uncle went with us to the police station, I was able to find the car.
So thanks. Very kind.
Cheap price, close to the location, clean room, friendly owner.
It was very convient to the harbor as we were coming to Split by Ferry Boat. Not hard to find, and were able to accept our luggage right away so we could explore A very pleasant surprise in a scenic and charming town. owners very accommodating and helpful. We loved Split.
Excellent communication with the owner, re: location, how to find them etc. Very friendly and helpful, provided info re how to get to places in Split. Very central location, 5 mins from the old town centre, 10 mins to the beach. 2 mins from the market.
Nothing negative to say at all! Extremely friendly owners, easy to find, great location, brilliant value for money. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Split, who needs a reasonably priced room for a few nights.
Thank you!.
Owner and his wife were very friendly! Custom made breakfast (he offered to provide whatever we wanted)
Location is very good - 5 mins to Diocletian Palace, 2 mins to port.
good value for your money (if you do not get the tiny room).
The hosts were really kind when we arrived explaining all the highlights of the city and some useful tips regarding restaurants and so on. The location was superb. Less than 5 minutes walking to the old town, beach and harbour.
The owner was very nice and talkative person
Very good location. can any one tell me if there any toiletries.
owner is very friendly.
Location.
It is very close to the bus station and train station. Also close to old town with 5 minute walk.
Location was very good just 2minute walk from the harbour in Split.
We got to choose our own breakfast which tasted good.
It's close to bus/train station and ferry.
Everything was provided and we were very happy with our stay. However we only stayed 2 days, I would recommend it for a short stop over in Split, not a proper holiday as the room was a little dated.
We stayed there for 2 nights. First night we got an incredibly small room, window towards a very busy street, very noisy.
The next morning another room was free and we moved to a larger, much better room.
No free parking place.
Parking in the surroundings is complicated. Probably you will need to drive more than once around the block to find it.
slightly cramped.
A bit small. The owner told me that it is a unesco protected house and little can do to alter.
The room was really small and we had to struggle to move between our
luggage and the bed.
The room was bad value for the money we stayed cheaper and much better other places in Croatia.
The cleaning was really bad, the shower was nasty and had a "anti-slip" mat inside. While showering it came brown nast dirt up from the mat when I was stepping at it.
Room is very small, noisy and moldy.
