A good place to stay for a couple of nights, nothing too fancy. It is located close to the highway and keeps you away from the downtown traffic. Few minutes away from the old town by a car. A taxi costs 40 kuna per direction, which is like 5 euro.
Rooms are clean, quiet and well equiped.

Modern and spacious rooms, half of them facing the sea. Clean. Easy to find (on the main road to Rijeka). Very good breakfast. Excellent restaurant, specializing on grill (very good lamb on spit).

I had never heard of Zadar before seeing the location on Ryanair. The hotel room was of a good size, very clean, very comfortable and we paid an extra £10 per/night for a sea view which was worth it. The restaurant was elevated with excellent views across to the old town.

The staff were amazing, answering all our queries, and helping us arrange fun things to do whilst in Zadar; the food was delicious, the best fish platter and best breakfast buffet all holiday, and really great room service, with champagne on arrival to celebrate our wedding anniversary overlooking the old town from our balcony. 9 kuna bus trip into town made this a nice quiet haven to relax after seeing the sites. EVERYTHING. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were lovely. Views were out of this world. Bar, restaurant, terrace amazing. Location central. Food was fresh and local and tasted wonderful, real creation cuisine and safe options available.

I really liked the interior of the studio we lived in. We had our own balcony, kitchen, bathroom, double bed. It was amazing experience, because the staff was always friendly, always asking if we needed anything. Its a perfect place for people who wants to get a cheap, but high class accommodation in Zadar. Even if Villa is not in the center, its only 40 minutes walk to the Old part of the town, and 10 mins to sea. Its a perfect place for people, who likes active or passive holidays. I especial

The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.

The place is awesome and Villa Batur has a strategic position. It is very close to the nice beach and the crystal blue water. The ATM, the supermarket, the ice cream shop and the post box are literally just round the corner and if you are fed up with cooking you can eat in a four-star restaurant next door. Beautiful comfortable apartment the landlady was so so helpful and even brought us gifts. It's right beside the best supermarket in the village and because there's such good kitchen facilities in the apartment we cooked almost all our own meals. The beach right outside the apartment is lovely too. Only downside is its a 20 minute walk from the village so it was a bit of a trek getting to and from the nightlife etc. i highly recommend this villa batur though

The breakfast good not great.
The location quiet and safe, although hard to find as all we had was a map. We walked to town for dinner and got rowed across the water as per advised. Thrilling. Zadar has more to offer than meets the eye, Check out the glass museum.
