  We received a warm, genuine welcome from the owners. Clean room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Although it was not beach weather when we visited, we could visualize the summer's stay here so close to the beach. There is a common kitchen with a refrigerator and storage area for each apartment. Huge comfortable clean accommodation. Easy walk to old town, supermarket and restaurants and the beach is just across the quiet street out front. Generous cooked breakfast.

  The owners are very friendly and helpful, the apartment is very nice and clean with great terrace. Just outside there is children's playground with a small football field, very good for families with children. The place is just outside of the touristy chaos of Biograd but in less then 1 km to the beaches.   The host was fantastic. He was very accommodating (even carried our luggage up the stairs). The apartment was newly renovated and was very clean. Everything that anybody would need, you can find in this place. Wifi and cable as well (something that the men prefer having). Great location, although a bit difficult to find. Parking was easy to find as well. - Room owner waited for us at bus station for over an hour at 1am when our plane was diverted & took us to our room. Room was clean & comfortable, plenty of clean towels. There is a bar just outside front door. We stayed in room 3 which is second floor only accessible via spiral staircase. Only saw room owner once more after that & left his money in the room. Had a great stay, would return!

  We had an excellent stay in Apartment 72. We were given a lovely welcome with lots of great tips of how to spend our short stay in Zadar. An early morning taxi to the airport was arranged without any hassle. The apartment itself was a very spacious modern design and spotlessly clean. The owner Andrej was very hospitable, sitting down later in the evening to share a beer (on the house) with us and chat - The arpartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed, and it was close to everything all the shops, cafés and bars. The owner had a bar under the arpartment, which was nice to hang out in the night, and we couldn't hear noise from the bar when we were in our apartment. Very friendly staff, who were welcoming and attentive. They were eager to help in any way possible. Nice swimming pool, which we had to ourselves for the whole afternoon. Clean, comfortable room with air con and balcony. Close to airport and manager arranged transfer. Sea and town square with bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
