The location was excellent, the views amazing. In one direction we overlooked Old Town and the bay and sitting on our bed we looked straight past St Stephen's Church up the hill to the fort. Lit up at night it was quite special.

Olive Tree is in the most wonderful location with a view down to the Harbour. Few steps to negotiate but within 5 mins you are in the buzzing but chilled centre of Hvar. Matea (our host) was lovely and gave us a bottle of their local red as we were on our Honeymoon. The apartments are basic, clean and comfortable with Air Con. Loved it and would like to go back with our children next time.

As the room we reserved was already taken the owners gave us an
apartment for the same price of the room. Beautiful sea views. The
owners do not speak english but their son does, the tree of them are
very helpful though. If you go to the information desk at your arrival
they will call them and they will pick you up. I strongly recommend you

Room was very clean and had everything we expected in terms of facilities. The view from the balcony was the real bonus. There is quite a steep walk back to the apartments which didn't bother us but may not be suitable for some people. Would recommend.

Nicolina is such a good host. She was so nice to me and my girlfriend, we had so much fun. Her son picked us up with his car and also dropped us off with the car close to where the boat leaves the harbor.
Nicolina and her son recommended some great restaurants and some amazing islands that me and my girlfriend went to visit and boy were they right

On arrival we were picked up by the Host's Son who was very nice. He spoke good English and even drive us to the top of the mountain to see the view as a de-tour on our way to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and clean, comfy beds and pillows. All kitchen equipment was there. Great quality Mitsubishi air conditioning. Nice view from the balcony and about 10 minute walk to the sea front. Defiently go back :-)

The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful. There was no kettle in the room and I do love my cups of tea/coffee and when asked they provided a kettle. There was a full size fridge for our sole use, just outside the door. We were provided with beach mats for our use during the week and given a lift downtown when we left to get our ferry. The apartments were run by a family, Vinka, Slakov and their daughter Jelena. We stayed at Apartments Jakov and Antonia recently and were thoroughly impressed by the holiday rental. It is spacious and clean. If they had an extra fold out bed in the living area, you could easily accommodate for more people. There is also a lovely outside area with seating to enjoy the fresh air. Location is good, a short stroll to the old town. The family there were lovely and accommodating, inviting us to share a drink etc.

We loved our stay at Casa di Lavanda ! The hosts were great and gave us amazing recommendations on where to go on the island and where to eat.
Casa di Lavanda is located 5-7 min walk from the centre - far enough of the party scene and close enough that you can walk everywhere. The area is very safe.
Highly recommend for your stay in Hvar! -

The staff are wonderful! We had a very early morning ferry back to the mainland at the end of our stay and would be missing the breakfast in the hotel's dining room. Not only did the staff pack us a breakfast to eat on the ferry, but they also packed us a huge lunch! Unbelievably generous in a day and age where so many places nickel and dime their guests. Tutto positivo. L'appartamento con 2 camere da letto è grande e ben arredato. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e gentile. La terrazza comune è davvero carina e la proprietaria ci ha permesso di cenare lì ospitando anche altri amici che non alloggiavano nella sua struttura. -

Iris and her mother Rose were absolutely wonderful and the apartment matched the hosts! Location is great (easy enough 5-10min walk to the Main Street) and is very spacious, clean and well equiped. Best value for money so far in our 7 week Europe trip. They made check in and check out so simple, and were especially helpful when my partner was unwell the morning we had to leave, arranging a transfer a bit later in the morning and checking bus times for us. Highly recommended!
