Staff accogliente e disponibile. Nike, la proprietaria della struttura, ci accoglieva sempre con buoni succhi e torte squisite fatte da lei. La posizione è buona, la struttura è pulita e c'è la possibilità di avere il bagno privato.

The location is not in the center, but the beach of Copacabana is 10
minutes by feet. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes with the
bus 6, bus station is 15 minutes with the bus 7. Communication was
absolutely not a problem even if the owner's English is not perfect.
Italian is also not a problem. All rooms are very clean and comfortable,
with air con and WFi

Tutti i componenti la famiglia proprietaria sono gentilissimi. Praticamente il monolocale è nuovo, attrezzato di tutto il necessario, sia in bagno che in cucina. Ben pulito. Posizione tranquilla, e comoda per andare in centro, col bus. -

The family Kristic is adorable, very friendly and helpful, at the same time discreet and present for all our needs. They look after us with many details which made us feeling welcome. The hosts were a very lovely couple, who offered me coffee and biscuits every morning! Room was very nice and had access to a good shared bathroom and roof terrace with amazing view! Accommodation is located close to the port, which is good for visiting nearby islands by ferry. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but that is standard across Dubrovnik. If you don't like stairs, I wouldn't visit the city full stop!

We had a great stay at Ljubos. Great facilities with nice kitchen and bathrooms. I also like furniture, and possibility to get online during all our stay.
Vi also enjoyed very much the garden where there is planty of opportunity to enjoy the shadow on sunny days. And meeting with Ljubos turtles made my trip even more memorable – there were 9 small turtles and 4-5 bigger ones – sooo cute.

We stayed in the Studio Apartment - Peline 13 (upstairs). This was an excellent location, about a 30-second walk (uphill) inside the north entrance of the old town. We arrived at night so we couldn't really tell where exactly we were, but the next morning we realized that our bathroom window opens right up to the tourists walking the wall!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Apartments Lucic for 7 nights in August 2013. The apartment was at a perfect location just next to the Old Town and was a very reasonable price for where it was located. The apartment was well furnished and clean with everything we needed, including a tv, wifi and air conditioning.
