A beautiful venue..our room was on the top floor with an amazing view as far as Dubrovnik. The Villa is extremely clean; our room was cleaned every day. We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. It is up a small but steep hill, 5 minutes down, 10mins back up.It wasn't a problem for us, we are in our sixties and we were happy to do this pleasant walk 2 or 3 times a da

Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Very high specification throughout. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

Rarely in life does reality exceed expectations but our stay here was restful sitting on the terrace deck reading or just watching the sea. only stayed one night at the end of our trip due to the convenience to
the airport and I wish we had stayed for longer as it was a beautiful
little place. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Cavtat itself is
lovely and if you are after a relaxing holiday with a nice place to stay
with boat trips to Dubrovnik/Montenegro etc but away from the busy
city of D

We spent 10 marvellous nights at Tija 1 in June/July. Location-wise these have to be one of the very best apartments in Cavtat. Not a huge hill to negotiate, very close to town and a beautiful view right across the bay to Dubrovnik. Maro, Sandra and their extended family made us so welcome. Very special people. The family who own Tija 1 were extremely kind and generous and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The apartments are very clean and in an ideal location, with lovely views across the harbour.
Cavtat is a beautiful place and we would love to come and stay here again.

Owners friendly and very helpful. Very well positioned above Cavtat town. Very spacious. Great views from the balcony. Only a 5 min walk down the hill to the town/sea front. 10 min walk back up the hill! Would definitely recommend it to others -

The owners were very friendly and bent over backwards to help us. The apartment was great value for money, very spacious and comfortable. We couldn't have asked more of our stay and I would certainly stay again if in the area.

The owners of this B&B are lovely. They welcomed us early, served us
complimentary drinks, and drove us to and from the town of Cavtat. They
prepared a delicious simple dinner and were very kind to our children.
In the morning we had to depart at 5:30 A.M. and the owner packed us
breakfast to go and drove us to airport (there was an extra charge for
that). The room was clean and relatively comfortable. Good a/c, etc.

The better half and I had a great holiday in Cavtat. We usually stay in hotel accommodation so this was something a bit different. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean ( Maid service,clean towels, etc every day) All cooking facilities and fridge are located in the shared kitchen in the lower floor. We loved this place. It was really good value for money, the room (room 3) was adequately spacious. The main selling point however, was the outstanding balcony and view it provided. We spent many a night out there with a glass of wine and some delicious food from Logos restaurant which is just a two minute walk up the hill.
Would highly recommend.

Il silenzio e poi la cortesia degli addetti - The staff at the hotel become your family for the stay. They show great attention to detail and get to know each of their guests personally. The Pattiera is also so central and occupies possibly the best location in Cavtat. The hotel's restaurant, the Dalmatia, is probably the best restaurant in Cavtat.

It is a modest apartment, not luxurious, but was very much to our
liking. A good value. The small balcony had a view of the sea and
mountain. It is the first apartment villa coming into Cavtat, but only a
10 minute walk to the center of town on the walker's path. Can also
take bus #10, very short ride. It's very close to the airport, but
quiet. I would stay here again.
