Room and hotel well appointed, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast included was excellent.

Suggest to put in more emphasize on food outlets and some music in the lobby cafe. Needs more life.

This is a great new hotel with spacious full optional rooms. Greatlunch buffet.
The staff seemed inexperienced and slow at check-in and check-out.(Hotel had been open for 4 weeks). When I wanted to extend my stay, theycame up with a rate that was 40% higher!
My original booking was for 7 days/6nights. I wanted to check out over the weekend and re-check in agin on Mon. I was informed that they cant guarantee a room for me and the new rates will be diff and also insisted on full payment if I checked out. Given the standard and quality of the hotel, this was really unexpected.
Internet should be free in the rooms given the room rates charged
