the room were very small ,I have to up grade for two bed room apartments, apartments some room are good the rest is like 1 star bath room were 25yrs old all fungus on tiles i complain so they moved us on a better refurbish room that was good -

I'm highly recomment this hotel for regular traveller,very good
location,subway around the corner,24 hrs,"FamilyMart" next
door so you can buy some food for late dinner,very helpfull stuff,

location is the best thing i like. It was located in the prime area but still have the residential sense. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and the room is so nice. I love it much !!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it had all the facilities for a family or couple who prefer to do their own cooking and washing. The apartment was very clean and the staff were excellent. We had breakfast a couple of times and that was also excellent. This residence should have 10star rating it was fantastic. -

Very spacious, with a bathroom for each bedroom. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was wonderful. It was so nice to be able to spread out and work and relax after long days visiting factories. And the laundry room with the washer/dryer was an unexpected plus! I would definately stay here again! The staff was very helpful. -

We could spread our work out on the dining room table and relax in the living room with the TV. Also nice having a washer/dryer! I will always stay here while in Shenzhen.

Staff speaks a little english and they are very helpfull. For buiss trip its very good. During fairs there is free shuttle bus. Location is very nice, 5minutes walk from metro station. quite noisy in night (opositie there is shoes market and they are packing till late night hours). Around 7 minutes walk to Pearl River.
5minutes walk to great vietmise restaurant TIGER PRAWN, check this Restaurant its very good and cheap- people from abroad dont wait in queue- just walk in even if there is queue
