  My boyfriend and I stayed here for the long weekend and were very pleased! From the moment we got there the customer service was awesome. The young girl at the front desk was one of the nicest people I've ever encountered checking into a hotel. We'd never stayed in Ucluelet before so we had no idea what the best restaurants were, where the best be... cosa dice la gente » aches were..etc, but she took care of all of that for us. She gave us maps and a load of information of what we could do and where the best places wer - The very friendly welcome and helpful information/local advice given on arrival about what to visit , where to eat etc, tours.Excellent clean, cosy,comfortable room,equipment and facilities. Free use of pool, sauna and gym.
