Rob, the owner, was very helpful
in describing the events and attractions of the area including a fine brief history of the local economy. I was able to get a late dinner at a local restaurant right on the St. Lawrence River with no problem. The room was spotless and the hospitality shown me was excellent.

I stayed here for one night, and then fulfilled my reservation with the Hilton downtown. I actually liked this hotel more than the Hilton! Better and bigger beds, bigger rooms, a big fridge, freezer and a microwave. WAY better than the Hilton! Will stay here again, no questions asked.

The gentleman who checked us in was the owner. We checked in around 11:30 pm after attending the Earth, Wind & Fire concert ... although it was late, he was quite friendly and welcoming. We needed an overnight for an early doctor appt. and this place more than fit the bill. Bed was comfortable, clean, and room was pleasant and the right temperature. We were not expecting much for the price but were pleasantly surprized. Do not let appearances keep you away. The location was excellent and it fit the needs for our situation.

The motel is located in a small town approx. 2 miles from Niagara Falls. A perfect location in our opinion - close enough to do whatever we wanted in the city and far enough away not to have the noise and traffic. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The room is really big, it is actually a small studio with a small kitchen and a sofa.
