I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities. Grounds had beach area, pool area, gym, dock and boat rentals. Also beside yacht club. Lovely restaurant next door. -
A wonderful surprise - Booked as a stopover we would have stayed a week instead of 1 night.

The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

Despite arriving the same time as a bus tour, our check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly as were in Mantles bar/restaurant which had nice food. Room was large, bed comfortable. -

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas complete with visit from Santa. The suite was warm, clean and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable.There was a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. It also had a washer and dryer. The hotel is also very close to shopping and downtown Kelowna.

Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -

Excellent value for the 3 days we were there. Rooms are great,
comfortable, but not too fancy... Similar in feel to a European hotel.

Sun Peaks, as a place, feels like a piece of Europe dropped into BC's Southern Interior - it was a breath of fresh air to walk the streets. The hotel was also a great deal, with excellent, helpful staff who went above and beyond, and our room was well appointed.

The honeymoon suite and similar oceanfront suites are superb...spacious, warm, inviting, inspiring, romantic, tranquil. The food preparation is exquisite with a generous menu variety. The wonderfully groomed landscape and gardens are a very special part of why we choose to return, as is the ocean vistas. Every room at the resort has an ocean view.

The location is superb - looking out onto the ocean - and the lodge has its own private beach. Relaxing in the large, supremely comfortable lounge looking out on the beautiful scene ( as the rain poured down!) with endless supplies of coffee or tea was a real treat and a memorable one.
Freshly baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch too.

The thing that impressed me the most was how well the front desk people handled a rather difficult customer, as I waited to be served. All other staff that I encountered were very accommodating and helpful. The facilities and setting were also impressive. Thanks for a great stay. I hope to revisit with my wife.
