I really liked the front desk lady...very nice and friendly and helpful! It was located in the centre of town...nice to be on the beach. Very central, although Osoyoos is small anyway...only stayed one night, so it was fine for us. Private beach that you can go to in the morning and feed the fish off the dock. Great for kids. own private beach and bed was comfortable. It was close to pub and close to major attractions.

The staff and owners and the area in behind with the lake. Exceedingly friendly staff, wonderful location. It was perfect! We rebooked for next year. Location right on the shore of lake. own private beach, friendly staff. Outside the first story room was a wrap around porch and this lead to a small beach and dock area; wonderful for enjoying the view of the lake. I had expected to hear noise from other rooms but was amazed at how quiet it was. There were barbecues available for our use which was a nice touch. Staff were very good when available and location itself was fair. Room itself was nothing to brag about but then again, it didn't cost a fortune to stay there. Generally, you got what you paid for. Close to lake Flowers on lakeside Front reception person very friendly. Peaceful, no other hotels adjacent to it. The hotel is right on the beach. Nicely set up on the water front side. The rooms are very dated, although comfortable and clean. I thought the price was a bit steep considering the condition of the motel; however, it was also peak season, so everywhere is expensive. Flies kept me awake and one spider I saw in room and floor sticky and air-conditioning poor quality. Televisions are really old/small... Not really much of a complaint ;o). The price. Needs to be upgraded for the price. Nothing... It was perfect. Well, maybe a little less wind next time please :-/. The beach was very small for actual sunbathing or playing with small kids; it was perfect for families with power boats or seadoos. It was noisier outside because of this than I would have liked, but if I had realized it was a motel used mostly by boaters, I probably would have stayed elsewhere--my fault entirely. Room contained nothing more than the bed, two lamp tables and a bathroom & the TV. No phone, no desks and 14 parking stalls for 30 plus rooms which means you park on the highway. After reviewing the motel on the internet, the real motel was nothing like the pictures. Definitely needs updating in all respects. People talking after 2:00pm outside of room. They are running the hotel into the ground without updating their rooms. They charge premium price for very poor accommodation. Many thing looked against code or were simply broken. no aircon in the hottest place in the country, uncomfortable bed, bargain basement soaps and no other amenities. nothing for the money.
