I liked the secure underground parking, the breakfast buffett was the best I've ever seen & the rooms were excellent! Clean, luxurious, roomy & very pleasant to stay at while away for business. I will definitley be back the next time Im in Ottawa. -

Had a wonderful stay in Ottawa. This is a small inn run by a couple Francine and Dan. This place has everything. You don't even have to pull out your laptop! Computer AND PRINTER all in your room. Free laundry on one floor, exercise room, great free breakfast and close enough to walk downtown to the tourist areas. Four or so blocks down side street to Rideau Canal -- great walking site! Will definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of another trip there.

The lady was really nice and she let us use their kitchen. The room and the bathrooms were very clean + towels included. It was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was very good. It was well located, 25 mins walk from the parliament. We could park there for free. -

The hotel absolutely accommodated my somewhat specific requests about not having a room close to elevator, ice machine, not having an adjoining room and otherwise potentially noisy areas. The result was a fabulously quiet and relaxing 5-day stay. -

The Cartier Place is a wonderful hotel. Centrally located to many of
the attractions. One feature that we enjoyed was the kitchenette.
Helped save us a little money by cooking breakfast in the morning so we

It's centric. My room and my bed were big. Good/affordable meals. - The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Pierre who was working the front desk on Dec 31st and Jan 1st he was outstanding in his customer service. Our interaction with Pierre made the trip memorable.

The familiarity of the rooms, being a university residence, as our son just graduated one year ago from an Ottawa University. I really liked the ability to just relax and have the full-sized fridge. The bathroom is great for a travelling person or couple.

I felt secure in the building, staff were all friendly and helpful. The firm foam bed, had a great sleep on it. They stored a package that was too cumbersome to take on another leg of my trip till I got back to fly home. Very accommodating of them.

I really enjoyed the king size bed. The room was quiet and clean.
The best part about the hotel was the location. I came in to see the CG on the Hill and it was a pleasant walk to the hill.
