  because our pre booked was not ready they gave us an upgrade, not only had the room been updated but we had a kitchen with oven so were able to cook for our selves. The bed was fantastic,the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Staff very friendly and there was a pool and Hot Tub - Excellent value. Our room was cleaned to a high level. Absolutely no complaints.

  Your hotel came highly recommended by a friend who was married there in sept of last year.We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back. The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. It is a beautiful hotel and we are considering having our wedding there when we set a date.... cosa dice la gente » Thank you - The inn had good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. A choice of three restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!

That we did not have to complain and ask for some compensation after learning that our room was not ready one hour after official check in time and that it was delayed even further, but that acceptable compensation was offered up front for inconvenience. - We were married at jpl an... cosa dice la gente » d have been back many times since. Every time we're there we are treated just like it was our wedding day all over again - like we're special - by the excellent staff. JPL's staff is its greatest asset - and it has many wonderful assets! We can't wait to go back.
