Villa Rai è una villa padronale bella, con vari appartamentini. La nostra stanza era confortevole, ben arredata, con cucina, frigo,soggiorno e letto matrimoniale. Le proprietarie, madre e figlia, come noi, erano simpatiche e disponibili. Per fortuna, una delle due parlava un po' di inglese, per cui abbiamo potuto capirci.

I've spent almost two weeks in this hotel and remember only positive moments there. Each morning our room was cleaned, the staff is very friendly. In general service in this hotel is on high level. There is a bistro on a ground floor with a tasty food and good price. 2 minutes from the hotel there is supermarket 'Mladost' where the cheapest prices in this city. 5 minutes around hotel there are a lot of restaurants and bars. 15 minutes takes to get to the beach.

Overall the hotel was very clean and tidy. All the staff were polite, friendly, helpful, all could speak and understand English and Russian language. Staff are very friendly and kind. Room was very clean (cleaning every day and changing sheet every other day) Nice view and really close to beach, shops and restaurants. Hotel's place in centre but not noisy. In downstairs has a restaurant and have a special discount for hotel's guests. Foods are so fresh and tasty. Hightly recommended this hotel and you should taste the delicious frappe :)

It was our second great summer vacation at Dune - an amazing location, very close to the sea, extremely polite staff, cozy rooms, select restaurant with delicious meals, private, uncrowded beach and the fabulous feeling of caring for happiness of each customer! Next summer we will certainly be back at Dune!

Everything was great. It's not big, very clean (they clean in room every day), near the supermarket. Room was nice, clean laundry, conditioner and small TV (do you really need it?))). Wi-Fi signal was good and it's free.

There is a fantastic breakfast with a big variety of food! The hotel is located very close to the sea (about 2 minutes by foot). And you can find 'free zone', just buy somewhere an umbrella if you need some shadow. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaners are very diligent (they changed our towels even if we didn't ask them to do it). We stayed there for 12 nights and it was absolutely fine.

Location is great, quiet area, but only 5 minutea away from the beach and from the beachway with all the shops and restaurants.
The staff was very friendly and looking to help.
The room was not so big, but clean and with everything you need in it. Bed changed twice in 6 days, garbage taken every day.
