For a good price the rooms are comfortable and clean. The best part is the grassed patio and the vegetarian restaurant.
Location was great, easy to find and within walking distance of bus terminal and city attractions. Beds were comfortable.
We arrived by bus from Santa Cruz to realise the bus company had lost our luggage. Two ladies from the hostel helped us to complain to the company and get our stuff back sooner than expected. Great service!. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Absolutely nothing.
wifi not the best.
Kitchen was very basic and quite dirty. No light in the ladies bathroom and fairly dirty toilets. Nowhere to sit and eat comfortably.
Booked a room, when arrived was a totally different one, cold, dark,
dirty, damp and expensive compared to nicer hostels in the area. The
price on letsbookhotel.com was not the same as charged at the hostel also, as
I was charged much more. All in all, a horrible place and would not
advise anyone to stay there, very bad service, ignorant attendance and
very very poor hostel.
