The purpose of our trip was to visit the ww1 sites & the holel was in a lovely situation overlooking the town square with many other bars & restuarants available to relax after our visits. Hotel spotless & friendly well situated for the bus stop & train station with late trains from Eiper. The food served in the restuarnt was superb as was the service. Would certainly return.

  Arriving at the hotel on Wednesday with my husband was delightful, I hadthe flu and could not have gone anywhere better. This is a wonderfulplace to stay which we will certainly be returning to. - It felt like a home away from home. The interiors were exquisite and the attention to detail in all areas of the operation was first rate. A class act.

  We loved the hospitality. Rita was very friendly and helpful. We rented the bikes which were in great condition and biked to Westvletern which was a flat 5 mile ride away. We also took advantage of the complimentary beer. The breakfast was filling and we had a great sleep.
