This cosy apartment house is located on the east shore of Lake Zell, directly opposite the town of Zell am See. Appartements Kitzsteinhorn offer comfortable apartments for 2 to 6 people with 1 to 2 bedrooms, kitchenette or kitchen, and a balcony with fantastic lake views. The apartment house has its own swimming beach with a small sunbathing area, a rowing boat, a landing stage and a lakeside terrace. Relax with a cup of tea or coffee in the cosy café or on the terrace, and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and the Schmittenhöhe mountain. In winter Appartements Kitzsteinhorn are only a 5-minute drive away from the valley station of the Areitbahn cable car, which takes you into the Schmittenhöhe ski area. The free ski bus taking you to all ski areas in the vicinity stops only 100 metres away. A cross-country ski run is only 800 metres away, and in winter the lake is ideal for ice-skating.

Our family had a perfect holiday in Appartements Kitzsteinhorn in July-August. The location cannot be better, away of the noisy downtown Zell am See, idillic quite place with stunning view from a balcony/ terrace and private beach. We enjoyed our stay here very much and already recommended to our friends. There are so many things to do around. It was great to jump into clean and refreshing water after daytrips and hikes in the Alps. Dorit, hotel hostess is wonderful and very helpful.
