Excellent value for this price. If we are looking for a good appartment in the city center, in the walking distance from the historical places, it is the best place to stay in.

Very nice apartment... We arrived late and they helped us to get our cards by code. Very helpful staff.

Booking website had a wrong map for the apartments location. Before arriving I received the correct address from the apartment staff. If they have several apartments they should accurately indicate the location with correct map.

Location is good, comfortable apartment

Althouhg I searched Vienna apartments with parking filter switched on these aparments don't have private parking space so I had to spend extra 100 euros for parking fees for 3 days.

Lokasyon is perfect,staff is very helpful.We did early check in and we did 1 hour late check out We found very easy key.

Great location, all you need within a 2 min walk and city center within 5- 10 min walk. near the tram and U station. nice decor.

The apartment we took is described for 6 people (2 bed rooms and a sofa in the living room)the bed rooms are great however the sofa is uncomfortable and only kids can sleep on it. most of the kitchen is equipped for 6 or 8 but the dinning table only sits 4. basic cleaning supplies were missing- dish soap, laundry detergents etc.

If you travel by car, the parking is not so close to the hotel. The air conditioning more wind than cool the air.

Spacious Located in city center Tv in all rooms Appartment is nice but I would not say this is luxury

Appartment requires some small fix (many bulbs not working, a wall plug had no cover, couch in living room requires a wash) No air conditionning Cleaning was not finished when we arrived (friendly personnel by the way)

The location was not far from the undergroubd train, supermatkets, bakery & restaurants. The cooperation by Mr. Joren from the Luxury Apartment Vienna, who left our key cards in an envelop, and when we reached the building I called him and he gave me the entrance code.

That we have to use the card three times until reach our apartment upstairs, we had to use the card in the building outside door, a glass door, the elevator and finally our apartment. There was too much security applied in this way. Also there was no safe box in the apartment,

The location was absolutely perfect, just off a small street but only a few minutes' walk from Stephansplatz. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very secure. There are so many places to eat...Austrian, Japanese, Egyptian, Italian.... Being so close to Stephansplatz means that getting around by metro is very simple. Most of the main sights are within easy walking distance. The apartment is absolutely quiet so no problems sleeping. The standard of furnishings and kitchen equipment is good and there is also a handy supermarket just around the corner. Jose, who came to let us in, couldn't be more helpful.

No major dislikes although the lack of a coffee table in the living room was a bit inconvenient. It would also be helpful to have a towel holder in the toilet.

Nicely furnished apartment in good location.

Long stair climb (nothing out of the ordinary). No option to leave bags early or late. No office.

Only ten minutes walk to the Stephansdom. Very friendly stuff.

It is okay,but not luxury.Smaller than expectd. Two lamps did not work. No reception.

They charged us for the cleaning charges separately. I have never seen this for any other apartment or hotel.

was convenient to get in the first day with using only codes at main and apartment doors, loved the location of this flat during the day.

little annoying for families to go out during the night since the area is full of bars and night clubs.

I liked the hassle free arrival process with all the person staying is a code for the front door. And a code for the key lock for the flat. Easy and convient. Free wifi is great. We used the sound system for a little bit which was pretty good.

Not sure if this is fair. But as I remember I booked this as a 2 bedroom flat. It is only a one bedroom. As I say I can't remember if it was clear on this point in the description or not.

The location is ideal

The internet photos were of one apartment on the roof with a beautiful view and terrace... the actual apartment had a view of a brick wall only 3 meters away and was very dark. The furniture was ratty, the apartment had a foul smell and there was nothing "luxurious" about it... that said, had it been marketed solely for what it was, it would have stil been a good deal.

1. Size was good. 2.The initial response from the apartment manager was excellent (we were held up because of an accident on the Autostrause)

1. There were NO basic items such as soap, handwash, dishwashing liquid. 2. There was no response to my text to the apartment manager to enquire about the lack of the above items 3. The 50 Euro cleaning fee was not clear when booking and therefore the overall price was too high for the quality of apartment and the lack of basic items.

Very good location, near old center of Vienna. Nice view from windows.

I liked the location for it s near Stephansplats.

I was charged 50 Euro for the cleaning. This amount is not declared when booking which increased the cost of the apartment. There s no receiption. You may check in and check out without seeing any personnel. This is not helpful for a tourist. The only communication with owner is via SMS. You have to pay 45 euros per day for car park, if you are lucky and could find a paking space. I didnt the location of my building until I booked.

The location of the site is execllent and is very near to all famus sites at Vinna.

we have stayed at the appartment during Nov 2013 for 4 night while outside tempature very near to frozen, during all time no heater system was available as well hot water to shower. all our requests to fix this issue has been failed !!!!!

they put a fake location to track customers, they admit that not me the only customer who had this bad experience (they email me with this infor)
