Elisabeth and Martin, the proprietors, are wonderful. The hotel is wonderfully clean and simple, the fruits and vegetables at breakfast are all grown on the property, the food is healthy and delicious, the area is peaceful and relaxing. We would go back there in a heartbeat. We got 5 star service at a fraction on the price.

The room, closeness to centre of Krems, the staff. - The hotel was close to the old town of Krems and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and bright. The breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks and the breakfast room was large and cool.

helpful staff--one gentleman actually had the patience to translate each
item in the German menu into English (in reasonable detail). Very good
food and wine at the restaurant--they have two outdoor spaces for
